		+	<li><b>Status : </b>Select whether you want to keep the membership as Active or Inactive. Only Active Memberships can be purchased by members. And members with Inactive Membership will not get the benefits of having the membership.</li>

		+	<li><b>Hide? : </b>Set this to 'No' if you do not want members to see this membership on Membership Purchase Page. This option is useful when you want to allow only <b>Selected Members</b> to purchase this membership. Just provide the direct link to your selected members to allow them to purchase this membership. The link can be found at the end of membership edit page once you have created one.</li>

		+	<li><b>Membership Name :* </b>Specify the name of the membership plan here.</li>

		+	<li><b>Membership Payment Type :* </b>Specify the payment frequency for this membership. The options are One Time, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly or Every 'n' Days.</li>
		+	<li><b>Allow plan(s) when Membership Renewed : </b>Select "Yes" if you want to allow plans(s) on auto renewal of membership. </li>
		+	<li><b>Banner Ad Plan : </b>Select the Banner Ad Plan that you would like to award to the members who purchase this membership.</li>
		+	<li><b>Text Ad Plan : </b>Select the Text Ad Plan that you would like to award to the members who purchase this membership.</li>
		+	<li><b>Solo Ad Plan : </b>Select the Solo Ad Plan that you would like to award to the members who purchase this membership.</li>

If you set to 'No', referral commission will be provided for all the membership fee payments by a referral.</li>
		+	<li><b>Referral Commission on Membership Fees (%) :* </b>Specify the Number of Levels you want to provide Referral Commission to for membership fees here. And enter the percentage amount that will be paid to sponsors when one of the referrals pay membership fees. Set the value to <b>0 (zero)</b> when you do not want provide referral commission.</li>
