Balance Transfer Settings - Settings / Balance Transfer Settings

You can set the Balance Transfer Settings from here.

Member to Member Transfer

• • Enable Member to Member Balance Transfer : Members can transfer balance to another member only if you enable this feature from here.
  • Auto Approval : Choose whether the member to member balance transfers will be auto approved by default or should they be kept as pending first and occur only if/when you allow them from Finance -> Balance Transfer -> Member to Member Pending Requests page
  • Minimum Balance Transfer Limit ($) :* Member cannot transfer amount less than the amount you specify here. This must be More Than Admin Fees you specify below as fees is deducted from the specified amount.
  • Maximum Balance Transfer Limit ($) :* Member cannot transfer amount more than the amount you specify here.
  • Admin Fees :* Admin Fees will be charged for each transaction. It will be deducted from the transaction amount. You can specify the admin fees in Percentage (%) or Dollar ($).
  • Balance : Choose the Balance(s) that you wish to transfer. There are 4 options for this: Cash, Re-purchase, Earning and Commission.

Internal Transfer

• • Enable Internal Balance Transfer : Members can transfer balance internally only if you enable this feature from here.
  • Auto Approval : Choose whether the internal balance transfers will be auto approved by default or should they be kept as pending first and occur only if/when allow them from Finance -> Balance Transfer -> Internal Transfer Pending Requests page.
  • Admin Fees :* Admin Fees will be charged for each transaction. It will be deducted from the transaction amount. Admin Fees can be specified in Percentage (%) or Dollar ($).
  • Minimum Balance Transfer Limit ($) :* Member cannot transfer amount less than the amount you specify here. This must be more than admin fees you specify below as fees is deducted from the specified amount.
  • Maximum Balance Transfer Limit ($) :* Member cannot transfer amount more than the amount you specify here.
  • From Balance Type :* Choose the types of balances from which members can transfer balance to other balances types.
  • To Balance Type :* Choose the types of balances to which members can transfer balance from other balances types.

Internal Balance Transfer

Admin can allow members to internally transfer balance from one balance type to another from the Settings / Balance Transfer Settings page. Go to Settings => Balance Transfer Settings => Internal Transfer.

• • Enable Internal Balance Transfer: Select "Yes" if you want to enable the Internal Balance Transfer feature.
  • Auto Approval : Select "Yes" if you want the balance transfer requests to be auto approved otherwise if you want to manually approve transfer requests, then select "No".
  • Admin Fees :* Specify the Admin Fees in Percentage (%) or Dollar ($). Whenever a balance transfer transaction is done, the fees specified here will be deducted from the transfer amount and will be charged as Admin Fees.
  • Minimum Balance Transfer Limit($) :* Members will not be able to transfer amount less than the amount specified here. This must be More Than Admin Fees.
  • Maximum Balance Transfer Limit($) :* Member will not be able to transfer amount more than specified here.
  • From Balance Type :* Select the balance types that you want to allow members to transfer amount from.
  • To Balance Type :* Select the balance types that you want to allow members to transfer amount to.
  • Click on "Submit" to apply the settings.
