ContentsDynamic banners are similar to banners but they can show live statistics. The dynamic banners display updates in real time. These are mainly used for promotion.
- To add a banner, go to Promo Tools > Dynamic Banners > click on + Add New. You will then be presented with the Promo Tools / Banners form. You need to fill in the following fields on this form
- Title - This is a mandatory field. Enter the name of the Dynamic Banner.
- Select Banner - Click on browse to select the image file of the Dynamic Banner that you want to upload.
- Style - On the drop down list, select the style of the image.
Then click on Submit button and you will receive a message "Added Successfully"
Note : If the mandatory fields are not entered, then you will receive an error "Please Enter Valid Data in Following Fields"
Note : Members can see the banner in their member area by going to Promo Tools > Dynamic Banners.
- Go to Promo Tools / Dynamic Banners page where you will find a heading titled "Search Option". There are two fields in which you need to select the details to search for the Dynamic Banner
- Search By - You need to select one of the parameters in this drown down list: Id, Banner Title, Active Banners, and Inactive Banners.
- Search For - Specify the relevant field in this box according to the option you have selected in "Search By".
When you click on search, the Dynamic Banners will be displayed according to the fields you have chosen.
- The Dynamic Banners are displayed under the following titles
- Id - This is the ID of the dynamic banner
- Title - This is the name that you have given to the dynamic banner
- Banner - The banner will be displayed under this title
- Action - You can take various actions like Preview Banner, Disapprove, Edit and Delete
To edit the dynamic banner, click on the Action drop down box of the corresponding dynamic banner. Click on edit and you will be able to edit the details.
On the Promo Tools / Dynamic Banners page where the dynamic banners are displayed, click on the Action drop down menu and select Inactivate. The dynamic banner will be inactivated.
On the Promo Tools / Dynamic Banners page where the dynamic banners are displayed, click on the Action drop down menu and select activate. The dynamic banner will be activated.
Click on Action drop down box and select delete. You will be asked for confirmation whether you want to really delete the banner. Click on OK and the banner will be deleted.
