Finance Settings - Settings / Finance

You can change settings related to finance from here.

Payment Processors

You can add, edit and inactivate payment processors from here.

You can also specify whether you want to Enable/Disable Add Fund, Purchase, Withdraw and Auto Withdraw from here for all processors by clicking on the ON/OFF buttons.


Security Suggestion Regarding Payment Processors API Credentials

This is our high recommendation to keep your sensitive details safe though it is very safe in our system but we are still concerned about our users security threatened as it can be compromised with any other way outside of our system. So we would suggest every users not to store/keep your Payment Processors API details in "Automated Masspay Settings" Whether its a Traditional Masspay or Automatic Payment (We highly recommend not to use Automatic Masspay for your fund safety and security.)

Instruction For ProXCore Version 2.3 and below:

We suggest our users to enter Payment Processors API credentials manually while you need to perform withdraw task and once done then kindly add any dummy details there as we have not provided details deletion option in our script version 2.3 and below.

You can perform this task by following below mentioned path:

Settings--> Finance Settings ---> Payment Processor --> Action --> Edit Details --> Automated Masspay Settings

Instruction For ProXCore Vesrion 2.3 and above:

We have provided "Clear" button in Automated Masspay Settings which will clear all the entered data after withdraw task is completed. Just add Payment processors API credentials manually while you need to perform withdraw task and once done then kindly click on "Clear" button and it will remove all the entered data from that setting.

You can perform this task by following below mentioned path:

Settings--> Finance Settings ---> Payment Processor --> Action --> Edit Details --> Automated Masspay Settings --->Clear

You are suggested to follow above mentioned steps for all the payment processors.

  • Adding Payment Processor

To add a payment processor, click on the Add Processor button.

If you want to add a new payment processor in the site and the respective files have been provided to you by the vendor, then fill in following details and submit the form. You are supposed to upload the files to the 'vendors' directory.

    • Processor Name :* Specify the name of the processor. The name to be entered here would be provided to you and it will be displayed everywhere in the site.
    • Directory Name :* Specify the name of the processor directory that you uploaded to 'vendors' directory. Make sure they match exactly to avoid problems.
    • Extra Field : Sometimes, you may need to provide additional fields to the members for some inputs like comment, parameters, etc. Select the checkbox if one or more fields are needed. You would be instructed whether this needs to be done by the vendor of the processor.

Click on Update to add the processor.

After you have added the processor you need to click on Action -> Edit Details to add additional details of the processor. These details are different for every processor.

  • Bank Wire

    Add Fund Settings

    • Your Bank Account Details :* Specify the name of the processor. The name to be entered here would be provided to you and it will be displayed everywhere in the site.

      • Beneficiary : Your Company Name
      • Beneficiary account number : xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
      • Beneficiary Address : Your Address
      • Beneficiary Bank : Bank Name
      • Beneficiary Bank Address : Bank Address
      • Beneficiary Bank BIC SWIFT Code : xxxxxxxxx

      • FEDWIRE ABA No : xxxxxxx
      • CHIPS ABA No : xxxx

      • Additional Details : The funds should be transferred by remitting bank under MT103 format in USD.

    • Maximum Request Amount Per Day ($) :* Set maximum withdraw request amount for this processor here.
    • Fixed Add Fund Fees ($) :* You can specify the Fixed Amount of Fees that would be charged every time a member adds fund to his account using this processor. Set this to 0 (zero) if you do not want to charge them with fixed fees amount.
    • Variable Add Fund Fees (%) :* Additionally, you can also charge the add funds with percentage amount. It is calculated based on Add Fund Amount. Set this to 0 (Zero) if you do not want to charge them with variable fees amount.

Click on Update to apply the Add Fund Settings.

  • Automated Masspay Settings

    • Fixed Withdrawal Fees ($) :* You can specify the Fixed Amount of Fees that would be charged every time a member requests for a withdrawal using this processor. Set this to 0 (zero) if you do not want to charge them with fixed withdrawal fees amount.
    • Variable Withdrawal Fees (%) :* Additionally, you can also charge the withdrawal requests with percentage amount. It is calculated based on Withdrawal Amount. Set this to 0 (zero) if you do not want to charge them with variable fees amount.

Click on Update to apply the Automated Masspay Settings.

  • Add Fund Settings

    • Routine URL :* Should be 'https://secure.payza.com/checkout'. This should not be changed unless you want to test with a sandbox account.
    • Your Payza Email :* Enter your Payza email id here.

    • Maximum Request Amount Per Day ($) :* Set maximum withdraw request amount for this processor here.

    • Your Button Name (shopname) : Enter your button name (shopname) here.

    • Maximum Request Amount Per Day ($) :* Set maximum withdraw request amount for this processor here.

    • Variable Add Fund Fees (%) :* Additionally, you can also charge the add funds with percentage amount. It is calculated based on Add Fund Amount. Set this to 0 (Zero) if you do not want to charge them with variable fees amount.
    • Test Mode : You can enable/disable test mode here. Actual transactions (for Add Fund and Masspay) will not take place when this is enabled.

      Set ‘Yes’ if you do not want to receive email confirmation for all API withdrawals.
      Set ‘No’ if you want to receive email confirmation for all API withdrawals.

    • Test Mode : You can enable/disable test mode here. Actual transactions (for Add Fund) will not take place when this is enabled.


Inactivating Payment Processor

Click on the Action button and then click on Inactivate Processor.

Add Fund Settings
  • You can set the Add Fund Settings from here.

    • Enable Add Fund Limit : Set Yes if you want to put limitations on the funds members can add to their accounts.
    • Minimum Sum Of Add Fund ($) :* Specify the minimum amount that can be added in a member account at the time of add fund.
    • Maximum Sum Of Add Fund ($) :* Specify the maximum amount that can be added in a member account at the time of add fund. Enter 0(zero) to disable the limit.
    • Life Time Add Fund Limit ($) :* Specify the maximum amount that can be added in a member account. Set this to 0 (zero) if you do not want to put any restrictions on their investments.
    • Customised Add Fund Limit :* Enter the limit amount and the number of days here. Days will be counted from the registration date. So, members can only add maximum x amount (specified here) within span of every y days (specified here). After registration set these to 0 (zero) if you do not want to put any restrictions on their investments
Withdrawal Settings
    • Free Member Can Request a Withdrawal : Choose whether a free member i.e. a member who has neither paid membership fees nor purchased any position/share or purchased advertisement packages or anything else can request for a withdrawal or not.
    • Minimum Sum Of Withdrawal ($) :* Minimum sum of amount a member must withdraw at the time of withdrawal.
    • Maximum Sum Of Withdrawal ($) :* Maximum sum of amount a member can withdraw at the time of withdrawal.
    • Maximum Requests Allowed Per Day :* Limit the number of withdrawal requests a member can make per day.
    • Maximum Request Amount Allowed Per Day ($) :* Limit the amount of withdrawal requests a member can make per day.
    • Maximum Request Amount Allowed Per Week ($) :* Limit the amount of withdrawal requests a member can make per week.
    • Balance : Choose the Balance(s) which a member can withdraw.
    • Withdrawal Days : Select the days on which members can make withdrawal requests.
