Admin can send message to members from this page.
- Click on Add New button on the Member / Admin Message page and enter the following fields
- Send to :* You have the option of sending the Admin Message to particular Member Ids, Paid Members, Unpaid Members and Membership Wise. When you select Member Ids, then enter the member ids to whom you send the admin message to. If you select membership wise, then select which membership type you wish to send the admin message. This is a mandatory field.
- Subject :* Enter the subject of the admin message here.
- Message :* Enter your message here. You can switch to advanced mode for advanced formatting options while composing the message.
Click on Send to send the message.
You can edit the admin message by clicking on the Action button and clicking on Edit Message on the Member / Admin Message page.
You can delete a particular admin message by clicking on the Action button and clicking on Delete Message History on the Member / Admin Message page. To delete all admin messages, click on Delete All Messages button.
