Various email settings can be done from here.
SMTP Settings are done for outgoing emails. Use various settings here to set your SMTP Settings.

- Enable SMTP Authorization : Tick this option to use your SMTP server to send site mails. Mails will be sent using PHP mailer otherwise.
- SMTP Server:* Specify the SMTP server here.
- SMTP Username :* Specify your SMTP username here.
- SMTP Password :* Specify your SMTP password here.
- SMTP Port :* Specify the SMTP Port here.
- SMTP SSL Type : Choose SMTP SSL type option to send site mails. You can select None, SSL or TLS.
Click on update to apply the settings.
Email Piping is very useful. It permits emails sent to a particular email id to be imported automatically into your support ticket system. If you enable email piping, your members will be able to open as well as reply to various tickets through email without having to login to their member area.

- Enable Email Piping : Choose Enable to use your SMTP server to send site mails. Mails will be sent using PHP mailer otherwise.
- Pipe Email :* Specify your pipe email here. Emails sent to the Pipe Email Id will be imported into support system automatically.
- Notification Email :* Specify the emails that will receive notification when member replies to a ticket. Set comma separated email address like [email protected], [email protected] etc.
Auto Responder is very useful in following up members. Follow up of members is necessary after their registration. You may need to send them mails frequently for giving more information and reminders. These mails are very useful here. Just set the time after registration when the mail should be sent to the member and enter the subject and the message of the mail.
Click on Add New to add a new Auto Responder email and specify the following fields :

- Status : Select Active if you want to keep the Auto Responder on.
- Posting Time :* Specify when you want the mail to be sent to the member. For instance, suppose, you set 1 for each option here, mail will be sent to the member after 1 month, 1 week, 1 day & 1 hour after registration. Same way, mail will be sent after 3 week of registration if you set 0,3,0,0 respectively.
- Subject :* Specify the subject of the email here.
- Message : Compose the message that needs to be sent to the members.
- Mail Template Fields : You can use these mail template fields while composing the message or in the Subject field above.
*Note : You don't need to write Thanks, Regards, etc. in these email templates. There is an option for Signature at Settings-> Website Settings-> Main Details-> Signature for Emails
Click on Submit to add the Auto Responder Email.
You can also search for various Auto Responder Emails by using the Search Option in the Settings / Email page.
Account Activation Mail is useful when an email is sent to members after they register on the website and have not yet confirmed their email. Admin can edit the email template for sending notification emails to members who have not confirmed their email. You can specify the day after registration on which mail will be sent. Please take a note that, mails will not be sent if you have set email confirmation required for Members Option in Settings-> Signup Settings-> Signup Settings page to No. You don't need to write Thanks, Regards, etc. in these email templates. There is an option for Signature at Settings->Website Settings->Main Details->Signature for Emails.

Click on Update to apply the settings.
Unpaid Member Notification is useful for admins to send emails to unpaid members. Admin can create the email templates for the follow up of Unpaid Members. Admin can set the number of days after registration when email will be sent to the unpaid members. Member is Called Paid when he/she has made payment for something to the site. i.e. Position, Membership, Ads, etc.
Click on Add New to add a new Unpaid Member Notification email.

- Description :* Specify the description for your reference of the unpaid member notification here. For instance, when the email will be sent to members.
- Day(s) after sign up :* Specify when the email should be sent to the unpaid members after they have registered on your site.
- Subject :* Specify the subject of the mail here.
- Message :* Compose the message here.
- Mail Template Fields :* You can use these mail template fields while composing the message or in the Subject field above.

Click on Update to add the Unpaid Member Notification mail.
You can also search for various Unpaid Member Notification mails by using the Search Option in the Settings / Email page.
Admin can create the email templates for notification by email to Inactive Members. Admin can setup the number of days after which email will be sent to the inactive members. For example, if you create a mail below with number of days set to 5, which will be sent to the members who do not login for 5 straight days. Multiple mails do work here. You can again send mail on 6th day to the members who have not logged in.
Click on Add New to add a new Inactive Member Mail.

- Inactive Days :* Select after how many days of inactivity by a member the mail should be sent to the inactive members.
- Subject :* Specify the subject of the mail here.
- Message :* Compose the message here.

Click on Submit to add the Inactive Member Email.
You can also search for various Inactive Member Mails by using the Search Option in the Settings / Email page.
Admin can edit email templates on this page for the follow up(s) of membership fees. Mail will be sent 'n' days before the membership expiry date. The fields that can be edited are Status (Active or Inactive), Description, Subject, Message and Mail Template Fields. Admin can also Inactivate the email by clicking on Action -> Inactivate Email.
