FAQs

Admin can create and manage FAQs for the website from this page. Members will be able to see the FAQs in the member area under Other => F.A.Q.

  • Adding New FAQ
  • Go to the FAQs tab in the Design & CMS / FAQs page and click on Add New.
    • Category : Select the FAQ category here.
    • Question : * Enter the FAQ question here. This is a mandatory field.
    • In the next box, enter the FAQ question content here. The content would be the answer of the Question mentioned above.

Click on Updateand the FAQ will be added.

Editing FAQs
Go to the Action button of the FAQ you wish to edit and click on Edit FAQ. The fields to be changed would be same as while adding new FAQs.

Inactivating FAQ
Go to the Action button of the FAQ you wish to disable/inactivate and click on Inactivate FAQ and the FAQ will not be displayed in the website.

Deleting FAQ
Go to the Action button of the FAQ you wish to delete and click on Delete FAQ and the FAQ will be deleted permanently.

FAQ Categories

Admin will be able to create different categories for FAQs from here.

Adding a FAQ Category
Click on the Add New button and enter the name of the FAQ Category and click on Submit.

Editing FAQ Category
Click on the Action button and click on Edit.

Deleting FAQ Category
Click on the Action button and click on Delete.
