<p>Email Piping is very useful. It permits emails sent to a particular email id to be imported automatically into your support ticket system. If you enable email piping, your members will be able to open as well as reply to various tickets through email without having to login to their member area.</p>

<p>Auto Responder is very useful in following up members. Follow up of members is necessary after their registration. You may need to send them mails frequently for giving more information and reminders. These mails are very useful here. Just set the time after registration when the mail should be sent to the member and enter the subject and the message of the mail.</p>

Please take a note that, <b>mails will not be sent if you have set email</b> confirmation required for Members Option in <b>Settings-> Signup Settings-> Signup Settings </b>page to <b>No.</b> You don't need to write Thanks, Regards, etc. in these email templates. Admin can set the number of days after registration when email will be sent to the unpaid members. Member is <b>Called Paid </b>when he/she has made payment for something to the site. i.e. Position, Membership, Ads, etc.</p>

Email Settings - Settings / Email

Various email settings can be done from here.

SMTP Settings

SMTP Settings are done for outgoing emails. Use various settings here to set your SMTP Settings.

    • Enable SMTP Authorization : Tick this option to use your SMTP server to send site mails. Mails will be sent using PHP mailer otherwise.
    • SMTP Server:* Specify the SMTP server here.
    • SMTP Username :* Specify your SMTP username here.
    • SMTP Password :* Specify your SMTP password here.
    • SMTP Port :* Specify the SMTP Port here.
    • SMTP SSL Type : Choose SMTP SSL type option to send site mails. You can select None, SSL or TLS.

Click on update to apply the settings.

Account Activation Mail

Account Activation Mail is useful when an email is sent to members after they register on the website and have not yet confirmed their email. Admin can edit the email template for sending notification emails to members who have not confirmed their email. You can specify the day after registration on which mail will be sent. Please take a note that, mails will not be sent if you have set email confirmation required for Members Option in Settings-> Signup Settings-> Signup Settings page to No. You don't need to write Thanks, Regards, etc. in these email templates. Unpaid Member Notification

Unpaid Member Notification is useful for admins to send emails to unpaid members. Admin can create the email templates for the follow up of Unpaid Members. Admin can set the number of days after registration when email will be sent to the unpaid members. Member is Called Paid when he/she has made payment for something to the site. i.e. Position, Membership, Ads, etc.

Click on Add New to add a new Unpaid Member Notification email.
